An 11-day Nepal tour consists of programs that uniquely blend trekking in the high Himalayan valleys with a cultural tour, wildlife safari and yoga and meditation.

AS part of an 11-day tour of Nepal, you will explore three world heritage sites, namely Kathmandu, Chitwan and Lumbini. Kathmandu Valley is home to seven world heritage monuments, most of which you will visit along with a spiritual tour of Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. a peace of mind and soul. The 11 days in Nepal is further supplemented by a yoga and ayurveda retreat program.

The short trek to Ghandruk or Mardi Himal for more closer up view of Annapurna, Mardi and Fishtail will add further excitement to the 11 days in Nepal, as will the jungle safari tour in the tropical jungle of Chitwan National Park. 

Paragliding, rafting, a visit to Nagarkot and Sarangkot hill stations are other optional attractions of this trek.
